Fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, global player in the mobile advertising and technology industry. Our client works with Major UK Network operators to deliver SMS, MMS and E-mail campaigns through a managed service function.
Working with a major UK Mobile Network Operator, this role will be particularly fast paced with a strong focus around supporting existing and new business opportunities.
The role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting the wider team with new business proposals, managing small project deliveries and gathering high level requirements for new projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The ideal candidate will be expected to learn and undertake the following tasks:
Support the client CRM team with briefing new requirements/capability.
Be responsible for championing existing capabilities both inside the campaign tool and other products into the client campaign fulfillment process. The individual will need to have confidence to push our client within their campaign management team and position the company capability ahead of other suppliers.
Be the eyes and ears on the floor of the client’s offices to identify new opportunities where they could exploit the capabilities our client has to offer.
Proposal writing and pricing for any bespoke work outside of the core contract.
The individual will need to be personable, confident, and have the ability to quantify and justify guidance provided to our clients.
They should also provide briefings to the client for new functionality. The role requires the individual to identify new potential product features based on consistent requests from clients, rather than delivering bespoke solutions all the time. The individual would work with the relevant internal departments to build the impact assessment ready for the Account Director to quote.
Secure and track POs for bespoke work and inform the accounts dept.
Support any meetings where representation is required.
Feed into proposals and presentation packs with the client.
Contact with the operator team to keep up to date with new projects / capabilities.
Contribute towards the SRM (half yearly client review) score with positive actions, initiative and deliverables.
Keep up to date with the Product Suite releases and general knowledge of all our client’s products.

Experience, Qualifications and Technical Knowledge:
A relevant degree.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of the mobile industry in the UK.
Great communication skills.
A can-do attitude.
The ability to simplify technology into client friendly examples
Desirable to have a background in a Technical or Marketing discipline
Experience with using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, word)
Ability to work across multiple fast-moving campaigns with multiple teams
