Basic £30,000 with OTE at £55,000 (commission uncapped)

Based in Notting Hill working for a progressing company

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with dealers and partners in the E-Commerce industry.

We're looking for another outstanding individual to join our Business Account Manager team. You'll need to be talented, ambitious and eager to learn. This is a role with huge potential and unlimited growth prospects. You'll need to be an excellent sales person with drive and determination, fantastic communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build long term relationships. You should be equally comfortable dealing with potential clients in person or over the phone.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years sales and account management experience
  • Previous experience in managing and nurturing larger accounts
  • Confidence presenting to large groups of people
  • Good business sense
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Ability to accept and evolve with changes in policies and procedures
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability of critical thinking, using logic and reason
  • Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated pro-active troubleshooting, listening and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • A smart appearance and professional manner

The Role

  • Create and nurture effective relationships with dealers and software houses in order to enhance both the sales pipeline and the PaymentSense dealer channel
  • Maintain a high degree of ethical behaviour in all aspects of daily business including relationships with merchants, dealers, software houses and co-workers
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable products and services as they evolve
  • Distribute and track leads to the sales teams
  • Administer accounts and write reports
  • Analyse, interpret and present results
  • Respond to client communications or queries and resolve any client issues
  • Provide management with regular feedback
